All registrations for 2019 must be undertaken online, via the www.playfootball.com.au website.
Online sign-on for 2019 commenced on 3rd January.
It is preferred that all parents pay online as this is easily traceable and your payment is secure, you may still pay in cash at the club if online is not possible for you.
However we cannot accept Eftpos payments at the club so please ensure if paying in cash you receive and retain your receipt as proof of payment.
If for what ever reason you are unable to pay with Eftpos or Credit card on line (really the preferred method) you will need to pay cash on one of the two Registration days or at a subsequent time following a personal agreement with the club treasurer.
If you have applied for or have a Get Started Voucher (Apply by clicking here now or ASAP so as not to miss out) you will still need to register your child on line at the www.playfootball.com.au website and bring the Voucher along with the cash difference to a sign up day or other time agreed to with our treasurer.
The difference will naturally vary depending on your child’s age group.
Vouchers cannot be accepted for the $100 Volunteer Levy portion only for your registration.
Please note only payments can be taken at the club all registration must still be done by parents or older players online, as there is a lot of information that needs to be recorded.
We cannot do this effectively for large numbers of children on sign up days.
Gone are the days of just filling in a form.
Please do the work by signing up on line.
Register now or ASAP to ensure your place in a team, so make sure you register early.
Junior Sign-on days are taking place at our grounds on Sat 2nd February or Sat 9th February from 9am – 1pm.
Please come along and meet us, buy any merchandise you may need and discuss and questions you may have about playing for Beerwah Glasshouse United Football Club.
Please note that in the unlikely event of a player cancellation of registration a cancellation fee (comprising BGUFC and SSCF admin fees will be incurred).
Please also note that no refunds will be given after the end of April 2019.
GET STARTED VOUCHER GRANT FOR ELIGIBLE FAMILIES
The state government will soon release another round of subsidies that can be used for registration fees for eligible junior players.
You need to watch the Queensland Government web site and apply ASAP as they will be released mid to late January if not already, don’t miss out as there are only so many allocated to sports.
Please contact our registrar to arrange any rest payment or any balance at the club (note the voucher must be brought into the club) also the voucher cannot be use for the $100 volunteer levy as already stated.

All players must be registered and paid in full prior to the commencement of preseason games to ensure appropriate insurance coverage is in place, which protects both our players and also the club. No player can be activated unless they have completed their registration and payment.
